DEA Opts To Support Organized Crime, Banning Grandma’s Medical Marijuana

Rumor has it Obama’s administration should sue to nullify Colorado and Washington state’s legislation to legalize medical marijuana. It’s no secret the Drug Enforcement (DEA) Administration wants to protect its interest against American liberties and basic health freedoms.

I’m sure Obama feels the pressure of howling DEA bosses and shrieking drug lobbyists, as their cries echo through Capitol Hill, in a desperate plea for an immediate and forceful plan of action to shut down state laws endorsing the legalization of medical marijuana.

The Associated Press (AP) was told by one DEA hireling he feared that if Colorado and Washington state medical marijuana laws become fully implemented, it will encourage solidarity among like-minded states and their voters. Currently, state attorneys are reviewing the laws to see if a majority vote by the people of a state can be rescinded.

The real conundrum here is the fact that medical marijuana should not be in the same scheduled class as narcotics, like heroin and opiates are. Marijuana is simply a beneficial flowering herb that saves lives, without any harmful effects and drug companies are threatened by this.

The bottom line is America’s economy needs to free hemp and marijuana from pork barrel laws to stop the hundreds of billions of US dollars wasted on enforcing prohibition, and then redirect this money back into the communities. You’d expect Obama to support this, rather than delay it.
